Deliver the purchased services (organizing records, creating summaries, and medical coordination).
Schedule sessions and provide customer support.
Communicate with you regarding your case, timelines, and deliverables.
Handle dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing & Authorization You authorize Panda Med to use and share your information only as necessary to provide the requested services. This includes sharing with:
Relevant hospitals and licensed clinicians in China to determine case acceptance and preliminary treatment options.
Trusted translators or interpreters assisting with your specific case.
Logistics partners involved in scheduling or travel coordination (if applicable).
We respect your privacy: We do not and will never sell your personal or medical data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. International Data Transfers Because our operations and partner hospitals are located in China, you understand and consent that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the People's Republic of China and potentially other jurisdictions. These regions may have data protection and privacy standards that differ from those in your home country (e.g., the United States or the EU).

Retention, Deletion & Your Rights We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, dispute/chargeback handling, and compliance with legal or accounting obligations.
