Refund & Payment Policy

We believe in full transparency regarding our fees and the costs associated with your medical travel. Please review our payment and refund policies carefully before purchasing our services.
1. The Priority Assessment & Consultation Fee (USD $49) This initial fee covers the administrative labor of our team organizing your case, translating your medical needs, and coordinating with top specialists in China to build your personalized evaluation.
Fully Refundable: You are eligible for a 100% full refund if you cancel your assessment at least 24 hours before your scheduled online session or before our team begins processing your medical files.
Non-Refundable: Once the online session has commenced, OR once the PDF summary/evaluation report has been delivered to you (whichever occurs first), the $49 fee becomes strictly non-refundable due to the immediate administrative and specialist consultation time invested in your case.
2. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund To cancel your service or request a refund, please email us at pandamed.official@outlook.com with the following details:
Your full name;
The booking date and time (with time zone);
The email/phone number used for booking;
The reason for cancellation (optional, but appreciated for our service improvement). Refunds, if approved, are returned to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment processor.
3. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be accommodated solely at our discretion and are subject to availability.
4. Direct Hospital & Third-Party Charges Panda Med charges strictly for consulting, translation, and logistical coordination services. We do not collect medical fees.
All medical fees charged by hospitals or clinics are paid directly by you to those healthcare providers upon arrival or per their billing policies.
Panda Med cannot and does not issue refunds for third-party medical charges, surgical deposits, or fees charged by hospitals, airlines, hotels, visa agencies, couriers, or other third parties. Any disputes regarding medical billing must be handled directly with the respective hospital's financial department.
5. Service Cancellations & Chargebacks If you have questions or concerns about a charge from Panda Med, we encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve the issue amicably. Unwarranted credit card chargebacks (disputes) filed after services have been fully rendered will be actively disputed using the digital agreements, intake forms, and communication logs you authorized prior to the service.
